Job Title: Landscape Construction Technician I
Reports To: Foreman / Owner
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $20-$26 DOEWe are seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Construction Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is committed to creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. This position involves installing a variety of landscape and hardscape features while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install pavers, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
Prepare job sites through grading, excavation, and base preparation.
Install irrigation systems, drainage systems, and landscape lighting.
Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, and other landscape materials.
Spread mulch, rock, soil amendments, and other ground cover materials.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely.
Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
Perform other landscape construction duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or general construction required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation to and from work.Valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate construction equipment and tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Title: Concrete Laborer / Finisher
Reports To: Foreman / Owner
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $20-$26 DOEPosition Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Residential Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our team. This position is responsible for all phases of residential concrete installation, including site preparation, setting forms, placing rebar, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. The ideal candidate has experience in residential flatwork, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works safely and efficiently as part of a crew.
Responsibilities
Prepare residential job sites for concrete installation.
Measure, layout, and set concrete forms for driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, and other flatwork.
Install rebar, wire mesh, dowels, and reinforcement according to project specifications.
Grade and compact subgrade and base materials.
Assist with concrete placement and screeding.
Finish concrete using hand and power tools, including floating, edging, broom finishing, jointing, and troweling.
Monitor concrete curing and apply curing compounds as needed.
Strip forms and perform final cleanup of job sites.
Operate hand tools, power tools, skid steers, compactors, and other construction equipment safely.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and coworkers to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Previous experience in concrete construction required.
Experience setting forms and installing rebar required.
Ability to finish concrete to a high-quality standard.
Ability to read tape measures and follow layout instructions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and shoveling.
Stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Preferred Skills
Experience setting new and existing concrete layout and forms.
Ability to read construction drawings and site plans.
Experience with decorative, stamped, or colored concrete is a plus.
